As I have gotten older I find that I have more medical issues that lead to having more doctors and medicines. I needed a system to keep track of all of these doctors and prescriptions. I didnt see anything on the app store so I decided to build one. Version 1 of MedTracker keeps track of all of my doctors as well as prescriptions and includes the following features...
1. Keep track of all doctors including:
Practice Name
Practice Type IE: General Practice, Cardiologist, etc.
Address with mapping and directions
Doctors name
2. Keep track of all prescriptions including:
Medicine Name
Dosage Information
Doctor who prescribed
Name and phone number of Pharmacy
A text field for additional notes
