Practice Type IE: General Practice, Cardiologist, etc.
Address with mapping and directions
Doctors name
2. Keep track of all prescriptions including:
Medicine Name
Dosage Information
Doctor who prescribed
Name and phone number of Pharmacy
A text field for additional notes
